Wow, what can we say?! We first contacted Agence Thom in October 2023, having seen a house for sale that interested us. They were really responsive and helpful right from the start and nothing was too much trouble. Being able to do a virtual viewing of the property before we visited was excellent (even better when we worked out we could view the video through my son’s VR headset!) and the Agence’s staff made themselves available on a bank holiday to accommodate our viewing in person. Deciding to proceed with a purchase in another country is really daunting and we had so many questions along the way, and the team were always on hand to help with every part of the process - from currency exchange, to recommending contractors, setting up utility accounts, finding a (brilliant) notaire - nothing was too much trouble. Jane, your evening phone calls in the final few days as everything went a bit crazy were so appreciated - you’ve got a fantastic business and we couldn’t recommend you highly enough
