Dashaun was a huge help from initial consult to formal measurement and quote. The entire process from order to install took less than a week and the finished result looks great. The installers matched up direction of the carpet pattern including tricking winding stairs perfectly.

Mark Joyce is the best guy I've had the privilege of working with for any home remodeling project I've ever done. He knows the right cadence to be contacting you through the process, he listens and knows what you want and how to help! Most importantly, Mark cares! She worked with us through months of indecision and other projects getting in the way, but she still remembered us and had her notes from our last meeting when we stopped in again several months later. The first installation was completed today and it looks so much better than we expected! We highly recommend this team!

I would like to give a big shout of Thank you to Marti Runeborg at Flooring Expo for helping resolved our flooring issue; without her intervention we will waiting for a while. We purchased our laminate floor in March 2021and noticed in June 2022 some of the flooring plank was loose and we called Flooring Expo. They sent out an inspector and they concluded that the flooring needs to be replaced. We were working with the installation manager, but he was not feeling well for more than a week. But Marti stepped in to help us order our flooring and schedule installation as well. Without Marti intervention in a timely manner, we wouldn’t have a floor. She kept us informed every step of the way. Flooring Expo clearly demonstrated that they stand behind the work and warranties. Not many businesses do that these days. I recommend you go with real professionals Flooring Expo by Carpet King.

Flooring Expo by Carpet King was one of the first stops we made as we were shopping for carpet. Following our visit we shopped around considerably, but could not find anyone more knowledgeable or willing to work with us to find everything we were looking for as far as quality, service, and price go. William S was fantastic to work with and the installers that came out did a great job as well. We were very happy with the whole experience and would definitely recommend William and Eagan Flooring Expo.

Dashaun was great to work with at Flooring Expo. He came to our house with samples, measured quickly and was able to get a quote on the spot. I opted for a Mohawk SmartStrand carpet with 1/2" pad. I did receive another quote which was less, but Dashaun matched their bid. The install team was courteous, on time, and treated our home and furnishings like their own. Our whole home was completed in one day. Highly recommend!

Toni on the sales staff was great! we were in need af a high-quality & quick fix for our condo after a destructive rental situation. She got us a carpet that was nearly identical to the one we were removing, and the job was completed within the week. The communication around the install was very good. The installers -Alberto & Manuel - were fast, efficient, careful & worked so hard. The entire experience was great!

Ryan at the Woodbury Flooring Expo was a great sales tech. Really appreciated the knowledge he had and the large flooring samples that we were able to take home to see how we liked the flooring in different sunlight, et al. The installation crew was top notch, so hard working, professional and dedicated. The installation crew really pushed it over the edge to a complete five star review for me. Rare to find such pride in work these days. Very happy with the end result!

We are very happy with the product and service, in this case wall to wall carpeting and the installation, provided by Flooring Expo. Although we took our time making a final decision on manufacturer, color, and type of carpet, the sales staff at Flooring Expo (Coon Rapids store) always were patient and took time to explain fully all our questions. There never was a lag in communications and our sales rep, Joe, always stayed in touch with us answering all our questions and concerns, when they arose. The installers came on the day scheduled and moved heavy pieces of furniture and replaced them as we requested. They were always helpful and did an excellent installation job - including a thorough cleaning-up when they were done. Since we were already living in our home, the thought of changing out our wall to wall carpeting was daunting. Flooring Expo relieved all our concerns.
We're recommending Flooring Expo to our friends for their future flooring needs.

This is the second time we have purchases carpet fro Flooring Expo for our house. Deshaun from the Apple Valley store was so polite and professional. We had our carpet installed in about 1 week from ordering. The carpet installers were hard working and meticulous. Will definitely purchase flooring from them again in the future.

William was the most helpfull and knowledgeable sales person we've encountered in our search for flooring for our home. And they sent 3 of the hardest working installers I've ever seen - and they did good work. Only gripe was the installers were to show up between 7 am and 10 am, but the scheduler sandwiched in other jobs before ours so they didn't show until almost 3 pm. They worked until 7 pm (way after dark making it hard to see since all our furniture and lights were moved out of the rooms for the install). So, questionable indifference to customer satisfaction from scheduling.

It took some time for me in making my selections, but Scott is a very helpful, patient and a kind sales rep to work with. Install process was seamless and very happy with Shaw carpet as of now! Pricing was advantageous. Be sure to check proposed seams and amount of waste so not paying for unnecessary excess. Based on my experience, I would order with Scott at Flooring Expo again.

Very pleased with the service we received when we first entered your store in Apple Valley MN. We were greeted right away and also every time we came back with floor samples. Your manager DaShawn ( I apologize if I mis-spell his name) was a gentleman and was very knowledgeable about each product we were looking at! He gave us time to look, we didn’t feel rushed or pressured! He checked back with us a few times after that. Kept us in the loop with the order and approximate delivery. We couldn’t be more please. Good prices on mainstream flooring. Went with Coretec since it’s a well known brand with a good warranty. The sales person, Deshaun, was very responsive and “saved” the sale when I was about to go with another company, he asked for the numbers and flooring specs and wrote up another quote to beat his competitor! There was quite a bit of confusion about the sub floor during my quote and purchase agreement —whether it was in decent enough condition to lay floor on. In the end it wasn’t, and needed a large expensive repair costing us more time and money than we had budgeted for unfortunately. I would just make sure your floor is super level before getting too excited about having a crew come in and do “minor” prep work. Other than that issue which really was frustrating, the process was quick and Deshaun has been great at communicating and helping us with each and every question along the way. Would use them again.
